The Shamrock Group has the facilities to assist with any of your toll blending requirements, whether it be for liquids or powders.
We offer a quick and very cost effective way of adding additional capacity and resources when you need them most.
Powder Blending
For powder blending we have three blenders available two of which can handle up to 1,000kg of product and a third with a 1,500kg maximum load. All blenders have internal stainless steel construction and bag filling machines for the final product.
Powder Blend Packaging
- Pack weights from 500g to 1,000kg can be accommodated
- Bags typically used are from 5kg to 25kg in weight an can be water soluble, lined, polywoven etc
- 1,000kg bulk bags can be filled
- Small plastic containers and pails <1kg to 20kg
- All weighing equipment is NZ Weights and Measures tested and approved
- Hand sewn bags are also available upon request
Hazardous and Non Hazardous Liquid Blending
We offer a quick and very cost effective way of adding additional capacity and resources when you need them most.
We can process volumes from 500 to 10,000 litres in our stainless steel 316 constructed static tanks. Please contact us for details on the hazard classes we can handle.
Shamrock have eight static blenders of various capacities.
Facilities
- Portable hopper with 2.5” Auger to feed bulk powders into liquid or powder blenders
- 2 x 20 foot heated containers
- 2 x indoor heated water baths – capacity for 8-12 x 200litre drums in each bath
